Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in QlikView. The ideal candidate should have experience working with business clients and stakeholders across various geographies. You will be responsible for creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Experience in SQL and a background in Data Analytics is preferred. Knowledge of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Write clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

Experience with SDLC: Hands-on experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including both waterfall and agile methodologies.

SQL Proficiency: Experience in writing and working with SQL for data manipulation.

Data Analytics: Strong background in data analytics and the ability to interpret business needs into technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst.

Domain Knowledge: BFSI domain knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in QlikView and familiarity with data analytics tools.
