Position Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed decisions. This role requires expertise in statistical techniques, data visualization, and communication skills to effectively present findings.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Data Collection & Preparation
- Gather data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, or manual entry).
- Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
✅ Data Analysis
- Conduct statistical analyses to discover patterns, trends, and insights.
- Utilize Excel, SQL, Python, R, Apache, PostgreSQL, or other analytics tools for data analysis.
✅ Data Visualization
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in an easily understandable format.
✅ Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across the organization to determine data requirements and develop solutions.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines with engineering or IT teams.
✅ Decision Support & Problem-Solving
- Analyze business issues and provide data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Skills
???? Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
???? Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and Excel.
✔ Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
✔ Knowledge of Spark, Superset, Airflow, Postgres, Apache.
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
???? Preferred Skills:
✔ Familiarity with Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics.
✔ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
✔ Knowledge of Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark).

✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
