Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analytics Trainer to develop and deliver engaging training sessions for learners at various skill levels. The role involves curriculum development, hands-on training, mentorship, and classroom management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages combined with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development & Delivery
✔ Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on data analytics topics such as:
- Data collection, cleaning, and manipulation
- Data visualization and statistical analysis
- Machine learning fundamentals
✔ Create interactive learning materials, including presentations, exercises, case studies, and real-world projects.
✔ Adapt training content to suit diverse learning styles and skill levels.
✔ Keep the curriculum up to date with latest industry trends and technologies.
Practical Training & Mentorship
✔ Provide hands-on training on industry-standard data analytics tools, including:
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), R, SQL
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
✔ Guide students through real-world data analysis projects to develop problem-solving skills.
✔ Offer personalized feedback and mentorship to address learning challenges.
✔ Conduct code reviews and assist students with debugging.
Classroom Management & Administration
✔ Manage classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment.
✔ Track student attendance, progress, and performance.
✔ Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and projects.
✔ Maintain accurate records of training materials and student data.
Industry Engagement
✔ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics.
✔ Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into training sessions.
✔ Potentially assist students in internship placements or entry-level job opportunities.
✔ Build relationships with industry professionals for guest lectures.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills
✔ Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), R, and SQL.
✔ Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
✔ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
✔ Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals (highly desirable).
✔ Experience with cloud-based data solutions (a plus).
Teaching & Communication Skills

Experience
