Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator (Freelancer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our organization's databases and systems. You will ensure data integrity, maintain records, and support various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data from various sources (reports, forms, or digital files) into the company database, CRM, or other systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Update and maintain existing records and files.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
- Generate reports as required by supervisors or department heads.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Follow company protocols and procedures for data entry and recordkeeping.
- Communicate with team members to clarify or resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
- Office-Remote (work from home)
- Must have your own system and reliable internet connection
Compensation:
