Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily customer master data activities:
-
Set up, transfer, and retire retail and site master data
-
Amend site details and ensure coordination with terminal partners
-
Maintain strong relationships with business functions
-
-
Ensure data consistency and completeness in alignment with standards
-
Analyze data and execute data processes efficiently
-
Run performance reports for key data quality metrics:
-
Completeness, consistency, accuracy, uniqueness
-
-
Implement and monitor data quality improvement plans
-
Generate and analyze monthly MDM performance reports
-
Identify and implement process improvements for MDM
-
Manage and resolve master data issues; escalate when necessary
-
Support continuous enrichment of master data
-
Work across time zones (ANZ/APAC/UK/Europe/US) to support business units
-
Role includes US-specific application support

Required Qualifications and Experience:
-
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
-

Experience:
-
4–6 years in client-service oriented roles within Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Finance
-
Strong experience in master data management including conversion, enrichment, and harmonization
-
Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
-
Experience working in multicultural, international environments
-

Skills:

Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
