Role: Demand Planner
Key Responsibilities:
???? Demand Planning & Forecasting:
-
Own the statistical forecast in ERP systems.
-
Analyze trends and business activities to improve demand plans.
-
Ensure forecast accuracy and bias improvement through collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
-
Support new product implementation and monitor forecast changes.
???? Collaboration & Communication:
-
Work closely with Production Planning & Financial Planning to align supply, demand control, and distribution.
-
Participate in business management processes & meetings to drive operational improvements.
-
Provide accurate data entry and maintenance in systems to minimize errors and financial losses.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies & EMS/QMS systems.
???? Process Improvement & Strategy:
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand management processes.
-
Develop a deep understanding of commercial plans, risks, and opportunities to enhance demand plans.
-
Maintain customer focus and ensure a seamless experience.
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience:
✔ 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Commercial roles.
✔ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, business reporting tools, and ERP systems.
✔ Experience in sales, customer management, and demand forecasting.
✔ Background in working with diverse teams across geographies.
Essential Skills:
✅ Strong business English proficiency (verbal & written).
✅ University/College degree (preferably in Economics).
✅ Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
✅ High level of energy, resilience, and adaptability.
✅ Continuous improvement mindset and change leadership abilities.
