A leading Global Education Company headquartered in the USA, pioneering one-on-one online tutoring services, is looking for dynamic Education Managers for their Kochi office.
Job Responsibilities
✔ Manage a team of faculty members and students effectively.
✔ Ensure smooth coordination and communication within the team.
✔ Support students in their learning journey through strategic planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
???? Postgraduate or BTech degree (MBA is an added advantage).
???? Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
???? Leadership & team management skills are essential.
???? Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferred).
Shift Details
⏰ Monday to Wednesday: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM IST
⏰ Thursday & Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM IST
???? Pick-up & drop facility available for employees residing around Kochi.
