Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to teach Phonics and Grammar online for grades 2 to 8 using the Vedantu platform. The role requires consistent engagement with students, a passion for teaching, and availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Teach Phonics and Grammar to students from grades 2 to 8.

Provide online lessons via the Vedantu platform for a minimum of 4 hours daily (3 PM to 9 PM).

Be available for weekend shifts and one day off during the weekdays.

Attend all required training and maintain a high training joining rating (>4.7).

Collaborate with the senior teacher team (both demo & paid).

Answer student queries and encourage active participation in class.

Engage with students and their parents to retain students and ensure long-term involvement.

Track student progress and report teaching details.

Promote Vedantu's content on your personal social media accounts to encourage growth and engagement.
Requirements

Strong knowledge of Phonics and Grammar.

Availability for evening shifts and weekends.

Ability to engage and retain students through active teaching methods.

Proficiency in English (Preferred).

Ability to collaborate effectively with other teachers and teams.
