Full Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Online English Tutors to conduct engaging and interactive lessons for students across different regions.
As an Online English Tutor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students' language skills through structured lesson plans and a fun-based learning approach. This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible shifts to accommodate your schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct demo classes as per PlanetSpark’s content and methodology.
-
Ensure an amazing demo experience for both the child and parent.
-
Conduct regular classes (post-enrollment) using the in-house curriculum.
-
Provide timely feedback to students to track their progress.
-
Adhere to the class schedule for both demo and regular classes.
Behavioral Attributes
-
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to engage students.
-
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
-
Ability to build strong relationships with students and make learning fun.
-
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online teaching tools.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Willing to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays & Sundays.
-
Available for 3-4 teaching hours per day.
-
At least 1 year of English teaching experience (Freshers with BA/MA in English are eligible).
-
Should have a good Wi-Fi connection and a laptop with a webcam.

3:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (India students)

6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (India students)

6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Europe/UAE students)

10:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (US/Canada students)

4:00 AM – 8:00 AM IST (US/Canada students)
