Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Conduct demo classes following PlanetSpark’s curriculum & methodology.
✅ Deliver an engaging and fun learning experience for students.
✅ Teach regular classes post-enrollment using in-house materials.
✅ Provide timely feedback to students for improvement.
✅ Follow the assigned teaching schedule consistently.
Behavioral Attributes
???? Excellent teaching skills with a passion for education.
???? Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written & verbal).
???? Ability to build strong relationships with students and create an engaging classroom environment.
???? Tech-savvy and comfortable with online teaching tools.
Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
✔️ Willing to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays & Sundays.
✔️ Available for 3-4 teaching hours daily.
✔️ Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience (Freshers with BA English / MA English are eligible).
✔️ Own a laptop with a webcam and have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
