About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Online English Tutor to provide high-quality tutoring to Australian students (Grade 1 to 4). The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in English language and literature.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Tutoring & Lesson Delivery:

Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in English for Grade 1 to 4 students.

Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each student’s learning style.

Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
???? Student Monitoring & Feedback:
-
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
????️ Curriculum & Methodology:

Stay updated with the Australian curriculum and exam requirements.

Utilize innovative and effective teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Education:
-
Master's degree in English or Education (Mandatory).
✅ Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in English teaching or tutoring.
✅ Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and writing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology.
