About the Role:

As an Associate Analyst, you will work on diverse assignments across various domains, adapting to evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct internet-based research and gather data from various sources.

  • Perform quantitative analysis and data correlation using Microsoft Excel.

Data Management:

  • Process, clean, and enhance data for reports.

  • Organize and categorize incoming emails and information.

  • Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Administrative & Operational Tasks:

  • Design flowcharts and visual representations for processes.

  • Work on data entry and administrative responsibilities.

  • Proactively improve processes and design best practices for recurring tasks.

Collaboration & Adaptability:

  • Work closely with team members to achieve project deadlines.

  • Adapt to new projects, technologies, and tools as required.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (preferred).

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions).

  • Strong internet research and data analysis capabilities.

  • Attention to detail with a zero-error mindset.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and learn on the job.

Desirable (Not Mandatory) Skills:

  • Knowledge of Excel macros and VBA coding.

  • Basic graphic design and image editing skills.

  • Familiarity with website design tools and processes.
