???? Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support ATS’ Corporate Finance department by creating and maintaining data visualizations in Tableau, OneStream, and other tools. This role will focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in dashboarding and analytics, driving positive change within Corporate and across the organization.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Dashboard Development:

Develop dashboards and data visualization models using OneStream, Tableau, and other tools.

Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., actuals, forecasts, and plans).
-
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define technical specifications and create project plans.
Operational Support:
-
Maintain business models, KPIs, and benchmarks.
-
Develop project plans, dashboards, and reports for Corporate and divisional teams.
-
Analyze variances between actual, forecast, and planned results.
-
Support data integration for finance applications.
Financial Reporting & Accounting:
-
Partner with Global Finance, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts.

Prepare quarter-end and year-end audit papers.

Provide commentary on financial variances for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
-
Ensure SOX compliance by documenting changes.
-
Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
-
Ensure financial policies and reporting standards are consistently applied.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, OneStream, or similar.

Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.

Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights from complex data structures.

Strong desire to learn new industries and technologies.
???? Qualification & Experience:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) or proven experience in financial analytics.

3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
