Position: Financial Planning Analyst
Job Summary:
Contentstack is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support in actuals and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights to Senior Management for expense management and performance analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
-
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, or similar roles.
-
Technical Skills:
-
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
-
Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
-
Financial modeling tools experience.
-
Experience with Anaplan (a plus but not mandatory).

Other Skills:
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for financial insights.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to develop accurate financial models.

Provide insights and recommendations on expense management, cost optimization, and performance improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data.

Create reports, dashboards, and financial projections using Excel and Google Sheets.

Work with ERP systems like Netsuite for financial reporting and analysis.

Support Anaplan-based financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
