Position Overview:
The Analytics & Exhibits Group (AEG) team within Investment Banking is critical in providing clients with sector/industry and market knowledge. AEG works closely with both senior and junior bankers across industry hubs to deliver best-in-class advice. The individual in this role will gain exposure to the firm’s business in their assigned sector and will play an important role in developing industry exhibits for client presentations.
The Bengaluru AEG team will focus on creating and maintaining industry-specific exhibits and benchmarks that support business development and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce and update industry exhibits related to specific sectors/products

Maintain sector/product/team credentials
-
Provide operational and financial/valuation benchmarking including trading and precedent transaction comparables

Curate private company and sponsor databases
-
Assist with downloading, accessing, compiling, and presenting data from databases and ad-hoc requests
-
Emphasis on learning on the job, building strong relationships, and integrating with the sector/sub-sector teams
Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively within a team environment that demands excellence, time, and energy

Drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with teams in different locations

Strong analytical and technical abilities

Sector knowledge is preferred but not required

Strong academic credentials; experience in finance-related areas is an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Up to 2 years of relevant work experience
