Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Learning Design:

Apply knowledge of learning theory, content, and pedagogy.

Design lessons with relevant objectives for all learners.

Plan effective instruction and use resources skillfully.

Design quality assessments.
2. Learning Environment:

Promote respect and positive relationships.

Foster a positive learning culture.

Manage classroom structures effectively.
3. Learning Experiences:

Communicate goals and purpose clearly.

Engage students actively.

Facilitate discussions to deepen learning.

Continuously assess student progress and respond to learners.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:

B.Ed
-
Graduation degree in the teaching subject (Biology).
Preferred:

Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certification.
Compensation:
-
CTC Range: ₹34,000 - ₹62,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
