Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our US Art Studio team. The role is focused on the production design quality, accuracy, and timely release of art deliverables. As a vital member of our in-house agency, you will ensure that all design work meets brand standards, project briefs, and quality control requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design Execution:
-
Responsible for the flawless execution of design concepts, adhering to templates developed by the Art team and external agencies.

Ensure that all work produced is technically correct, of high quality, and ready for press or digital use.

Design marketing materials, including print, digital, mobile, social media campaigns, and corporate collateral, in line with brand guidelines.

Project Management:

Efficiently manage a high volume of production tasks, edits, and revisions, ensuring timely completion in accordance with deadlines.

Balance multiple projects with the assistance of Workfront (project management software) and the Studio Production Manager.

Creative Development:
-
Apply a strong understanding of production design, layout, typography, color, retouching, and infographic design to all projects.

Support creative processes and contribute to the development of marketing assets, maintaining a consistent creative look and feel across all deliverables.

Communication & Collaboration:

Strong communication skills to absorb, understand, and follow direction.

Actively learn from feedback and use it to improve designs and processes.

Qualifications
-
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
-
3-5 years of related experience, ideally in a high-traffic design environment such as an agency or agency-like setting.

Proven experience in production design for clients, with a focus on delivering quality work in a fast-paced setting.

Skills:
-
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.

Familiarity with social media and web-based graphic design guidelines and best practices.

Experience in managing large volumes of projects and related files.

Experience with Workfront (project management software) is a plus.
-
Knowledge of large format print production or brochure setup is a bonus.
