- Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 yen per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities:
???? Graphic & Branding Design:
- Develop visually appealing design assets aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create e-commerce graphics (product images, banners, A+ content) for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Design digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Ads) to enhance conversion rates.
- Capture and enhance high-quality product images for brand presentation.
- Create infographics and illustrations to simplify complex technical concepts.
???? Marketing & Branding Materials:
- Develop banners, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials for online and offline marketing.
- Work closely with the content & marketing teams to create innovative branding strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
???? Design Tools & Execution:
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva for high-quality designs.
- Apply branding, typography, and color theory principles for impactful visuals.
- Organize and maintain a strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and past projects.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
???? Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing previous creative projects.
✔ Understanding of branding, digital marketing visuals, and e-commerce design.
???? Soft Skills:
✔ Creativity, innovative thinking, and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate ideas into visuals.
✔ Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
???? Education & Experience:
???? Minimum Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred).

- CSS: 1 year (Preferred).
- Graphic Design: 1 year (Optional).
