Graphic Designer (On-Site – Full-Time)
Location: Shillong, Aizawl, and Kohima
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate should have a strong balance of creativity and discipline, constantly strive for improvement, and be open to constructive criticism.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Corporate Communication & Design Standards
- Deliver high-quality designs with strict adherence to deadlines. 95% of customers expect overnight delivery.
- Ensure projects follow Chillibreeze QC guidelines (alignment, typesetting, spell checking, etc.).
- Execute final mile delivery for live presentations, print, and digital platforms.
✅ Creativity & Strategic Thinking
- Develop innovative and engaging designs that align with business objectives.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint as a primary tool for corporate communication.
- Adapt to evolving design trends, AI tools, and technologies.
✅ Problem-Solving & Adaptability
- Work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet strict deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and tools.
✅ Ethical & Legal Compliance
- Adhere to copyright laws, advertising regulations, and corporate brand guidelines.
- Maintain strict security and confidentiality for client projects.
Eligibility & Experience:
???? All applicants must have: Strong comprehension and communication skills in English.
???? Entry-Level Graphic Designer:
- Minimum 12th pass or diploma in computer applications (with or without experience).
???? Junior Graphic Designer:
- 1+ years of professional experience (must provide portfolio and references).
???? Senior Graphic Designer:
- 4+ years of professional experience (must provide portfolio and references).
✅ Additional Training: Selected candidates will receive training in corporate presentations.
✅ Preferred (but not mandatory): Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Benefits & Salary:
- Starting salary for freshers: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
- Candidates with prior experience must provide their last salary slip during the interview process.
