As part of the USI Global Mobility Shared Services Team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Support: Assist the member firm (MF) Global Mobility Advisors (GMA) throughout the mobility assignment lifecycle.
Assignment Management: Create and manage documents and items that form part of the Assignment Package.
Workflow Coordination: Track and manage workflows between countries using Mobility Management technology, ensuring key mobility milestones are met.
Policy Compliance: Support global compliance by identifying and tracking variances from policies and guidelines.
Information Integrity: Ensure accuracy and integrity of assignee information in the required systems.
Repatriation/Assignment Extensions/Localization: Coordinate activities for repatriation, assignment extensions, or localization, including vendor initiation and internal process notifications.
Notifications & Reminders: Track and send reminders to MF GMA during key assignee events/milestones to support a positive end-to-end assignee experience.
Performance Metrics: Document, track, and report on key mobility performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and policies.
Super User Support: Provide training and technical support to the team as a ‘super user’ of the Mobility Management system.
Required:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Mobility space.
Logical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Work Experience: Minimum overall experience of 2 years.
System Knowledge: Experience with Ticket/Case Management Systems.
Education: Minimum Graduate (any background).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).

2 PM - 11 PM
