Working Hours: 45 hours/week | Flexible: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM IST
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Market Analyst to join our U.S. Market Access Insights team based in Bangalore. The analyst will focus on researching and developing content related to U.S. managed healthcare markets, with a strong emphasis on national healthcare insurers. This role requires transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights for our biopharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and produce high-quality content for assigned insight products with weekly and monthly deadlines

Analyze and prioritize information to create in-depth qualitative market access analyses
-
Track healthcare industry news and trends, focusing on payers, PBMs, pharmacies, and government insurers (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid)

Understand formulary dynamics, specialty pharmacy models, and payer-provider strategies
-
Collaborate with other analysts to meet multiple project deadlines with precision and clarity
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or Life Sciences

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in market research within the market access or pharmaceutical domain

Strong command of written and verbal English communication

Moderate to advanced business writing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Ability to distill complex concepts into concise, actionable insights

Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems, particularly Medicare and Medicaid

Experience handling multiple projects under tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data accuracy and quality

About the Team:
Clarivate’s Market Access Insights Unit provides proprietary data and localized assessments of market dynamics, payer behaviors, and treatment influencers, including managed care organizations and innovative healthcare systems. The India team comprises Senior Team Leads, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts.
