As an Insurance Associate/Executive, you will be a key member of the Customer Service Operations team, responsible for delivering efficient, effective, and compliant services to policyholders. Your responsibilities will involve handling both simple and complex cases, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining accuracy in information, adhering to compliance guidelines, and supporting team managers.
Customer Service: Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
Work Accuracy: Ensure your work is completed with high accuracy within service level agreements to meet regulatory targets.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency.
Learning and Development: Maintain and implement a personal development plan with your manager, ensuring continuous knowledge improvement related to servicing, processing, and compliance.
Manual Work Handling: Execute non-standard cases and manual work that cannot be processed on standard systems.
Customer Assistance: Identify customer needs, assist with information, and capture necessary details on systems to fulfill customer requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management: Demonstrate positive risk, compliance, and control culture through identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues.
Documentation: Responsible for updating details on various systems and sending customer template or free-form letters to address queries.
Communication: Handle calls to ceding companies or internal departments when required for certain tasks.
Internal: Colleagues, Process Leaders/Team Managers, Business Managers, Service Delivery Areas, Call Handlers/Processors.
External: Customers/Clients, Financial Advisors.
Qualifications: Graduate.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computers.
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to grasp processes and understand the implications of changes in processes.
Ability to understand customer requirements and apply knowledge and training to various servicing scenarios.
Attention to detail.
Team player.
