???? About the Role
Join a global engineering consulting firm with over 130 IT experts supporting business operations across ten countries. As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will provide technical support to colleagues worldwide, working closely with the Head of Department in Lithuania.
???? Key Responsibilities
✔ Register & track IT inquiries using the ServiceDesk system (ServiceNow).
✔ Assist with PC installation, setup, and rollout.
✔ Troubleshoot & configure computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
✔ Conduct equipment testing and error handling.
✔ Produce video guides and host webinars for technical training.
✔ Prepare technical & support documentation.
✔ Provide support for COWI applications & hardware equipment.
✔ Assist with conference & meeting room setups, printer support, and onsite tech equipment.
???? Required Skills & Qualifications
???? Technical Skills:
✅ Degree in IT with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
✅ ITIL certification (preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (installation & configuration).
✅ Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite.
✅ Understanding of computer network principles & practices.
✅ Experience with CAD systems, SharePoint, and MS Exchange is an advantage.

✅ Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Service-minded approach with a passion for troubleshooting.
