About the Role:
As a KYC Operations Analyst 2, you will be part of the team responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, and regulatory compliance. Your role will focus on managing Citi’s internal KYC (Know Your Client) program and ensuring customer data is compliant with regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts.

Ensure all information and documentation complies with local regulations and Citi standards.

Update KYC forms and client profiles per policy requirements.

Follow up with clients to receive required information before due dates.

Perform and track KYC tasks, including managing expiring records and ensuring timely updates.

Collaborate in developing action plans for KYC compliance.
-
Exercise sound judgment in risk assessment, ensuring transparency and adherence to laws, policies, and ethical practices.

Escalate and report control issues as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: 5–8 years, preferably in KYC/AML or banking operations.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Background:

Prior experience with client account opening processes.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance and KYC protocols.

Experience in tracking documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
