Role Overview: Operational Excellence Reporting

The ICS Operational Excellence Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing the operational risk framework within International Card Services (ICS). This framework ensures compliance with risk management policies, risk limits, and applicable regulations.

This role focuses on producing and publishing business conduct metrics reports for senior leadership and compliance teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within defined SLAs. The role requires close collaboration with Business Self-Testing teams and ICS teams to maintain data integrity and generate actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver periodic and ad hoc reports on key business testing and monitoring activities to support management in identifying and mitigating operational risks.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop dashboard reports for senior leadership, compliance teams, and the bank.
  • Generate insights and conclusions from data, supporting risk identification and business improvements.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure accurate data interpretation and effective risk mitigation.
  • Produce and maintain Monthly Dashboards and Scorecards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all reporting.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at multiple leadership levels.
