Position Overview
The ICS Operational Excellence Reporting CoE is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the operational risk framework in full compliance with risk management policies, risk limits, and applicable regulations.
This role involves the timely production and publication of business conduct metric reports for senior leadership and compliance teams within the specified SLA. The selected candidate will collaborate with Business Self-Testing and ICS teams to provide accurate MIS and reports for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support management with periodic and ad-hoc reporting on key business testing and monitoring insights.
- Develop dashboard reporting for senior leadership, compliance teams, and the bank through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Analyze data to identify operational risks and collaborate with business units to mitigate these risks.
- Monitor scorecards and dashboards monthly, ensuring 100% accuracy of all data.
- Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely reports to support risk management decisions.
- Adapt to ad-hoc requests and dynamic business needs while maintaining report integrity.
