About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Quality Analyst who is not only technically proficient but also deeply passionate about product quality and team leadership. This is a full-time position with opportunities to contribute to world-class products, develop scalable systems, and mentor junior testers.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability.

Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Execute all testing levels: unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance.

Analyze user stories, use cases, and system requirements for feasibility and coverage.
-
Promote and implement QA best practices, test methodologies, and defect prevention strategies.
-
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with product goals and release cycles.
-
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define quality standards.

Lead and mentor junior QA team members by providing technical guidance and support.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, with some team management exposure.

Expertise in manual and automated testing, with experience building and maintaining test frameworks.

Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent, and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA or ClickUp.

Solid understanding of testing methodologies across web, mobile, APIs, and databases.

Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
