Job Overview:
We are looking for an entry-level Hosting Data Analyst / Litigation Support Analyst to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or those seeking an entry point into the legal technology field.
✅ No prior certifications required
✅ Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
Key Responsibilities:
???? Data Management & Processing

Extract, transform, and load data onto hosted platforms

Support clients with database creation and permissions setup
???? Client Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical assistance via email, phone, and screen-sharing

Assist clients with printing, search results, technical issues, and troubleshooting
???? Collaboration & Workflow Management
-
Work closely with Engineering, Application, IT, and Project Management teams
-
Manage tasks through an internal system while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs)

Attend team meetings and company-wide town halls
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of professional experience
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
✔ Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
✔ Critical thinking & ability to learn quickly
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
