Position Overview
We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to join our team. This role involves assisting in the execution of deals, preparing financial analyses, and supporting marketing efforts for financing and sell-side assignments. If you have 1-3 years of M&A experience, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for valuation, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deal Execution:

Assist in executing M&A deals and transaction processes.

Support due diligence and financial modeling for client transactions.
✅ Research & Analysis:

Collect and analyze public information from diverse sources.

Create merger and valuation models to assess financial metrics.
-
Evaluate company performance on both an absolute and relative basis.
✅ Document Preparation:

Prepare and draft marketing pitchbooks and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs).

Build company forecast models and other financial reports.
✅ Data Management:

Maintain and update financial databases to support M&A activities.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial projections and valuation analyses.
Skills & Requirements
✔️ Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (required).
✔️ Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of valuation techniques and financial modeling.
✔️ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with M&A processes, including deal structuring and execution.
✔️ Communication: Ability to clearly explain financial analysis and previous deal experiences.
✔️ Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and insightful financial reports.
