The Digital Data Strategy Team within EDEA (Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics) supports various EDEA VP teams and partners with product & marketing teams. The team focuses on data strategy, automation, and insights, delivering automated insights products and building automated data layers to optimize platform, demand generation, acquisition, and membership experience domains.
This role will report to the Director – Digital Data Strategy, EDEA and will be based in Gurugram. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the digital data strategy, driving cloud platform transition, and developing next-generation MIS (Management Information Systems) products.
Elevate Data Intelligence:
Set the vision for intuitive, integrated, and intelligent frameworks to deliver smart insights. Explore new information sources to enrich business applications.
Modernization:
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging new tools and capabilities to drive strategic change and enhance tools & capabilities.
Cloud Transition & MIS Product Development:
Lead the roadmap to transition analytical and production use cases to cloud platforms. Develop next-generation MIS products using modern BI tools and enable self-serve analytics.
Digital Data Strategy Vision:
Define and execute the digital data strategy for analytics data, ensuring alignment with the vision of Data as a Service to enable unified, scalable, and secure data assets.
Data Architecture & Design:
Develop a deep understanding of digital data architecture, design, linkage, and usage. Work on platforms like Big Data/Cornerstone, Google Cloud Platform, and Organized Data Layers.
Data Governance & Quality:
Stay updated on industry data governance, quality practices, and privacy policies, embedding these practices in all data products and capabilities. Guide the broader team on these standards.
Collaboration & Partnering:
Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and teams to develop capabilities that maximize demand generation program ROI.
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a highly engaged, diverse team to deliver automated digital and data solutions.
Experience:
5+ years in Automation, Data Product Management, or Data Strategy, with experience in data quality, economies of scale, and process governance.
Proven thought leadership with project management experience and the ability to manage complex processes and integrations.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Big Data tools (e.g., BigQuery, Hive, SQL, Python/R, PySpark).
Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sisense.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve unstructured, complex business problems and communicate key findings succinctly to senior leaders.
In-depth knowledge of internal platforms such as Big Data/Cornerstone, Lumi, and Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies.
