Full Job Description
Futurism Technologies is looking for a Market Research Analyst who will be primarily responsible for building customized databases (Contact Level and Decision Makers) for Marketing/Sales Campaigns as per given specifications.
Key Responsibilities
???? Research & Data Management
✔ Conduct extensive research activities including list research, list building, and data mining.
✔ Perform data formatting, cleansing, standardization, and de-duplication.
✔ Utilize various search engines to gather data on given entities.
✔ Search for organization contact details, including job titles and contact emails.
✔ Research industry sectors and professionals using LinkedIn, Google, and online databases.
???? Data Collection & Analysis
✔ Understand and utilize research tools to capture accurate data.
✔ Ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
✔ Maintain high-quality standards as per company norms.
???? Tools & Technology
✔ Use online research platforms such as Slintel, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.
✔ Work with Salesforce CRM and other relevant tools.
???? Collaboration & Teamwork
✔ Must be a team player with a positive work ethic.
✔ Stay updated with innovative ways to improve data search methodologies.
✔ Work under strict targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 0.6+ months of experience in Market Research or Web Research.
✅ Strong internet research skills and ability to find new data sources.
✅ Motivated, accurate, and quick-thinking with a dynamic approach.
✅ Ability to work under strict deadlines.
✅ Strong computer skills and internet proficiency.
