Role: Market Research Analyst
The Market Research team at MMIT (part of Norstella) is responsible for deriving valuable insights and strategies from qualitative and quantitative market data, supporting pharmaceutical clients in market access and drug development decisions.
Key Responsibilities
???? Data Analysis & Research – Analyze qualitative & quantitative data using statistical methods.
???? Data Visualization – Create visually appealing slide templates & reports for pharmaceutical clients.
???? Survey Development – Design multi-stakeholder surveys to drive market research findings.
???? Insights & Trends – Identify key trends and translate data into strategic recommendations.
???? Deliverable Review – Ensure accuracy, quality, and client-readiness of reports.
???? Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with internal teams to enhance market research processes.
???? Content & Process Enhancement – Recommend improvements for market research methodologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
✔ Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top institution with strong academic achievement.
✔ Experience: 1-3 years in market research, marketing analysis, consulting, biotech, pharma, or managed care.
✔ Data Analysis Skills: Prior experience in analyzing qualitative & quantitative data.
✔ Report Writing: Ability to prepare client-ready summary reports.
✔ Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and commitment to high-quality work.
✔ Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong writing, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals & managed care industries.
✔ Survey Writing: Preferred experience in designing and conducting surveys.
✔ Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
