Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver live and interactive online sessions to students in Grades K–12.

Prepare thoroughly for each session to ensure a smooth and impactful learning experience.

Make classes engaging, fun, and exciting, promoting active participation.

Undergo ongoing training and upskilling to align with the Bhanzu teaching methodology.

Participate in course-related activities such as teacher training, PTMs, and feedback sessions.

Design and contribute to learning materials like activities, tests, and assignments.

Maintain consistent availability during chosen class hours and support students throughout their learning journey.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
-
Must have a specialization in Mathematics or be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Preferred Degrees: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.A./M.A. in Math, Statistics, or Economics.
Experience and Skills
-
Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in math.

Strong math foundation and a passion for teaching.

Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Google Workspace).

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Energetic, humorous, and engaging online presence.
-
Ability to work well in a dynamic, young team.

Gritty and solution-oriented mindset.

Experience in EdTech or content creation (YouTube, online platforms).
