Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct live online math sessions for students in grades K–12
-
Prepare session content in advance to ensure effective delivery
-
Create interactive and engaging class experiences with a fun, positive learning atmosphere
-
Adapt and continuously improve teaching as per the Bhanzu methodology
-
Participate in internal activities like:
-
Training other teachers
-
Attending Parent-Teacher Meetings
-
Conducting practice sessions
-

Collaborate with the team to develop new assignments, tests, and learning activities

Maintain consistent availability during selected class hours
-
Support and guide students through their learning journey
Job Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
(Preferred: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.A., M.A. with math specialization or SME in math)
Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in math tutoring/teaching

Strong grasp of math concepts and pedagogy
-
Comfort with basic digital tools: Excel, Google Workspace

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)

Must have:
-
Passion for teaching

Patience and logical thinking
-
High energy and a sense of humor to keep classes lively

A strong online presence/personality
