Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.

Develop conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities in students.

Prepare practice materials, tests, and assignments.

Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.

Collaborate with other subject teachers for integrated learning.

Participate in parent-teacher interactions and student assessments.

Maintain discipline, motivation, and curiosity in the classroom.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science/Mathematics or a related field.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (Preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

Marathi language proficiency (Required).
