???? Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and communicative female English tutor to join our Operations Team as a Member Care Specialist. You’ll be the caring friend for Habuild’s community, offering support, guidance, and empathy while handling member queries and eventually helping with offline wellness events.
????⚕️ Key Responsibilities:
Well-being Support:

Serve as a caring and approachable point of contact for members’ emotional and wellness needs.

Provide empathetic listening and practical advice for better well-being, work-life balance, and personal development.
Query Management:
-
Address member queries and concerns via email, phone, or chat.
-
Clearly explain Habuild’s wellness programs and initiatives.
-
Build trust through responsive and compassionate communication.
Operational Support:
-
Assist in organizing online events and wellness initiatives.
-
Track member feedback and ensure effective delivery of wellness programs.
Offline Event Management (Future Responsibility):

Coordinate logistics and on-site support for offline events.

Collaborate with the events and community teams for successful in-person interactions.
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain confidential session records and feedback logs.
-
Share regular updates with the management on member well-being trends and program effectiveness.
???? Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Strong empathetic listening and people support skills.

Ability to work remotely for 6 continuous hours daily.

Comfortable using digital communication tools (email, chat, video calls).

Female candidates only.

Exposure to mental health first aid, coaching, or counseling.

Familiarity with wellness practices or lifestyle coaching.

Project/event management experience.
