Key Responsibilities
???? Teaching & Curriculum
✔ Deliver engaging and interactive online lessons in Commerce subjects such as:
???? Business Studies
???? Economics
???? Accountancy
✔ Prepare and share course materials, assignments, and assessments.
✔ Track and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback.
✔ Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and offer student support.
???? E-Learning & Innovation
✔ Stay updated with curriculum changes and new e-learning trends.
✔ Use digital tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, presentation software) effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
✔ Education:
???? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Business / Economics or a related field.
???? B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (Preferred).
✔ Experience:
???? Minimum 2 years of online teaching experience (Higher Secondary or College Level).
???? Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
✔ Technical Requirements:
???? Own laptop & stable Wi-Fi connection.
???? Fluent in English (spoken & written).
