Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Science Tutor to teach students in Grades 6 to 10 through online classes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in science and the ability to explain key concepts clearly and engagingly. You will conduct interactive lessons using a pen tablet to ensure an effective learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Teach Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to students in Grades 6 to 10.
✔ Conduct 3-hour tutoring sessions per day, Monday to Saturday, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
✔ Use a pen tablet for clear, interactive explanations of scientific concepts.
✔ Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
✔ Prepare customized lesson plans and materials based on individual student needs.
✔ Maintain a patient, approachable, and responsive attitude towards student queries.
Requirements
✔ Proven experience in teaching Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to students in Grades 6 to 10.
✔ Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts in an engaging manner.
✔ Access to a pen tablet for interactive teaching.
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔ Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for conducting online sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Teaching degree or equivalent qualifications.
✔ Prior experience with online teaching platforms.
✔ Availability to work 3 hours per day, Monday to Saturday (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
