Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and skilled online tutors to conduct live, interactive virtual sessions and support students in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
???? Virtual Teaching & Guidance
✔ Conduct one-on-one live tutoring sessions using an interactive digital platform.
✔ Customize lesson plans to suit students' learning needs & curriculum requirements.
✔ Assist with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
✔ Maintain an engaging & positive virtual learning environment.
???? Student Progress & Feedback
✔ Assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
???? Subject Expertise
✔ Teach subjects like Math, Science, English, Social Studies, or competitive exams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
✔ Education:
???? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant subject or B.Ed. (Preferred).
✔ Experience:
???? 1+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (Online experience is a plus!).
✔ Tech Skills:
???? Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Whiteboard apps, and other online teaching tools.
???? Must-have: Laptop/computer, stable internet connection.
???? Preferred: Digital writing pad.
✔ Soft Skills:
???? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
???? Passionate about teaching & student development.
