Key Responsibilities
???? Payment Investigation & Resolution
- Investigate and resolve complex credit card payment issues, including missing payments, duplicate payments, balance transfers, credit balance refunds, and check payment processing.
- Ensure accuracy in payment reconciliation and transaction monitoring.
???? Operational Support & Risk Management
- Support business areas with processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and provide recommendations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.
???? Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with teams across the bank to integrate and streamline operational processes.
- Develop reports and presentations on operational performance for senior stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banking operations.
Key Skills & Experience
✔ Essential Skills
- In-depth understanding of credit card transactions, payment flows, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong knowledge of credit card issuance, usage, billing, and payment processing.
- Basic understanding of debits, credits, general ledger entries, and financial reconciliations in SAP.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, change management, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
