About the Team & Our Focus:

The Corporate Development (CD) – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities that advance Accenture's strategic objectives. Our Post Merger Integration (PMI) team provides PMO support and integration expertise to help acquired businesses grow and achieve shared success with Accenture.

We work across all operating groups, growth platforms, and geographies, driving integration governance, mobilizing internal teams, and ensuring the successful execution of integrations. Our team provides trusted advice to both the business and acquired companies to ensure synergies are realized.


How We Work:

As a PMI community, we emphasize a collaborative and inclusive environment that strengthens our technical knowledge. We manage acquisition integrations, support business teams, launch joint ventures, and direct integration planning, budgeting, and execution. Our goal is to ensure seamless integration and successful handover to operations.


About Your Job:

As a PMO Support role, you will:

  • Provide PMO support to the PMI lead for all aspects of integration.

  • Manage project management tools such as SharePoint and updates/access enablement.

  • Track risks, issues, and key decisions and highlight these to the PMI lead at set intervals.

  • Capture meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

  • Coordinate meetings as part of Integration Governance.

  • Support work plan management alongside PMI leads and internal workstreams personnel.

  • Develop and maintain integration-related documents.

  • Support the development of tools and processes to improve overall program efficiency.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.

  • Experience: Experience working with global teams and in project management.

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethics, organizational skills, and ability to perform under pressure.

Additional Qualities:

  • Ability to work in shifts.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
