???? Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

???? Shift: Morning Shift | Day Shift
???? Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver the Akanksha curriculum using effective teaching methodologies
???? Plan and implement lesson plans to engage students in learning
???? Design assessments to thoughtfully evaluate student progress
???? Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
???? Create a positive and engaging learning environment
???????? Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the school team
???? Set and articulate high expectations for students
???? Maintain a well-organized and aesthetically positive classroom
???? Participate actively in professional development and school meetings
???? Engage in extracurricular activities and celebrations within the school
???? Conduct occasional community visits to stay connected with parents
Qualifications & Skills Required
Experience:
???? Teaching experience preferred (Freshers may also apply)
Knowledge & Skills:
✅ Strong subject knowledge and expertise
❤️ Passion for teaching and working with children
???? Adaptability to new teaching methodologies
???? Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
???? Planning and organizational abilities
???? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Education:
???? Graduate from any stream with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (preferred)
