Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Teachers to join our new after-school tutoring institute. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, skilled in engaging students, and eager to foster creativity and learning.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct engaging and structured classes following the provided syllabus.
✔ Encourage students' creativity and skills development through interactive learning.
✔ Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
✔ Attend training sessions & workshops to stay updated on modern teaching methods.
✔ Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions, competitions, and educational events.
Job Requirements
✔ Passion for teaching and mentoring students in an engaging and interactive manner.
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills.
✔ Ability to motivate students and create an engaging learning atmosphere.
✔ Prior experience in teaching is a plus, but freshers with a passion for teaching are also welcome.
