Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Screen, our premier technical assessment product used by hundreds of thousands of hiring teams.
In this role, you will:
✅ Define and execute a bold, long-term product vision and strategy

✅ Drive data-informed decisions with deep quantitative and qualitative analysis

What You Bring
???? Experience & Expertise
- 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in Product Management
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise products, or platforms
- Experience building developer-facing SaaS products OR 2+ years in Software Programming
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product strategy
- Experience building and managing roadmaps for multiple teams
- Ability to deep dive into complex problems and create customer value
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling products
???? Technical & Leadership Skills
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making & customer insights
- Experience working with cross-geo, cross-team environments
- Ability to collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Analysts
- Comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders & customers
