About the Role:
The Procure to Pay Operations Analyst will be a part of Accenture's Finance Operations vertical. In this role, you will contribute to determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your responsibilities will involve improving vendor compliance, optimizing savings, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing and terms prior to payment.
The role also involves managing procurement and financial processes from requisitioning to purchase and receiving goods and services. You will work with master data management (MDM) to architect solutions that consolidate and synchronize data across platforms to enable rich product content management.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Outcomes:
Collect and analyze operational data/reports, ensuring financial outcomes are determined accurately. -
Vendor Compliance & Savings:
Boost vendor compliance, minimize savings erosion, and optimize discount capture using preferred suppliers. -
Procurement & Accounts Payable:
Manage requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and order sequencing within the procurement and financial process end-to-end. -
Invoice Processing:
Ensure timely and accurate billing, processing invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and conducting two-way and three-way matching of invoices. -
Master Data Management (MDM):
Architect and synchronize master data across platforms, centralizing maintenance and ensuring consistency of global data.
