???? Role Overview:
Altus Group is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join its Global Sourcing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Global Procurement, you will support operational and tactical procurement activities including contract negotiations, purchase orders, vendor management, and reporting. This is a critical position contributing to procurement efficiencies and process improvements across the company.
???? Key Responsibilities:
-
Participate in contract negotiations to reduce costs and secure favorable terms.
-
Manage contract renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
-
Oversee the Purchase Order (PO) process: create, review, approve, change, close, and place orders.
-
Liaise with vendors for sourcing needs, resolve queries, manage discrepancies, and track invoices and delivery ETAs.
-
Maintain data accuracy in information management systems for product/service requests.
-
Manage and update the Contracts Tracker, ensuring team-wide compliance.
-
Support team members on operational tasks and procurement projects.
-
Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
-
Provide reporting oversight, creating dashboards and tracking procurement metrics.
-
Promote Procurement-as-a-Service (PaaS) and ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
-
Use tools such as MS Office 365, Excel, Teams, and ideally ServiceNow and Workday Procurement.
???? Key Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; a diploma in a similar discipline is acceptable.

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related function.

Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle and information management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe.
-
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
-
A “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
