Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Product Analyst/Data Analyst with experience in both Heap and Mixpanel to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing analytics to better understand user behavior and improve our product.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain tracking using Heap and Mixpanel across our digital platforms.

Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for product improvements.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance user experience and optimize strategies.

Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.

Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for Heap and Mixpanel.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role utilizing both Heap and Mixpanel.

Proven experience with analytics tools, particularly Heap and Mixpanel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Work Environment:

Flexible work settings with the option for remote work.

Part-time or Full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.
