The Member Accession Marketing Team at Tide focuses on building and optimising the member onboarding journey and other related products.
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with product and business teams to improve our offerings and drive growth. Key responsibilities will include product analysis, experimentation, and performance review.
Product Analysis & Optimisation:
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing product data to identify user pain points and propose actionable solutions.
Product Discovery & Opportunity Sourcing:
Lead exploration efforts to uncover new product opportunities and validate them through data analysis.
Product Experimentation:
Lead experimentation efforts, helping design and analyse tests to build confidence in the features we invest in.
Product and Feature Performance Review:
Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs that reflect the impact of new features.
Goals to KPI Translations:
Work with product managers to translate conversion and revenue goals into business KPIs and enable seamless KPI reporting.
5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably within digital or Fintech products.
Experience in onboarding and acquisition, with a focus on revenue optimisation.
Strong proficiency in SQL/Python.
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and continuous iteration, including product experimentation.
Familiarity with key product metrics such as LTV, CAC, conversion rates, churn, and retention.
Ability to capture stakeholder requirements and build analytical solutions.
Comfortable solving vague and ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights for business users.
Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset, proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Ability to form strong relationships within the business to drive data-driven decision-making.
