Team Overview:

The Service & Support Team interacts directly with customers, providing pre-sales and post-sales support. The team plays a vital role in customer relations, ensuring client expectations are met in line with contractual obligations.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Sales & Client Relations: Support the sales team by building positive customer relationships that impact service and product revenue.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with installation, problem resolution, and maintenance of Sabre products.
Training & Documentation: Conduct technical training for employees and clients on product usage.
Systems Integration: Collaborate with functional teams to develop product support specifications.
Problem Resolution: Analyze technical issues and offer effective solutions using ITIL, XML, SQL, and API programming.
CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM for customer interaction tracking.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

✔️ Education: Minimum graduate (Technical background preferred).
✔️ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Spanish (written & verbal).
✔️ Experience: Travel industry background preferred with knowledge of travel distribution/reservation systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus).
✔️ Technical Skills: Familiarity with ITIL, XML, SQL, API Programming, and Salesforce CRM.
✔️ Soft Skills:

  • Strong time management & prioritization skills.

  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure.

  • Effective teamwork & communication skills.
