Position Summary
As a Project Analyst in the Global Product Development & Supply (GPS) IT team, you will:

Provide financial management, operational oversight, and strategic insights
-
Monitor the health and performance of GPS IT projects
-
Support Portfolio and PMO governance
-
Develop reporting and analytics for strategic decisions
-
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements
-
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project coordination
Key Responsibilities
-
Monitor project financials: actuals, forecasts, and variances
-
Collect and analyze project and utility data
-
Support development of dashboards, executive slides, and reports
-
Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives
-
Perform risk identification and mitigation planning
-
Maintain project management tools, templates, and documentation
-
Facilitate project audits for compliance
-
Automate reporting using Excel macros, Power BI, or Spotfire
-
Support ad hoc analytics and data correlation for actionable insights
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Admin, Project Management, or Computer Science
-
Experience as a Project Analyst or in a similar role
-
Strong understanding of project management financials
-
Experience with project management tools:
-
Microsoft Project
-
JIRA
-
ServiceNow
-
Power BI
-
Excel (advanced)
-
Azure DevOps
-
Spotfire
-
-
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or similar SDLC methodologies
Skills Desired
-
Advanced Excel (formulas, functions, macros)
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Experience working in a matrix team structure
-
Skilled in SharePoint, MS Teams, and other collaboration platforms
-
Ability to self-motivate, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential data
